Selection Procedure
- First, give the Written Examination
- Second, Physical Measurement Test
- The third is the Endurance Test
- The last test is the Personality Test
Endurance Test
If you passed the exam and you have cleared physical measurement, then you will have to give the endurance test. You will have to cover these things in the WBPSC fire operator endurance test-
1. Run 1000-meter in 5 minutes
2. Climb the full ladder within 20 sec.
3. 63.5 kg Sandbag Lifting and carrying continuously for minimum 50 meters
4. Run up three stories within 1 minute
5. Climb rope using only hands within 60 seconds
6. High Jump 1.22 meter or more.
