MINISTRY OF MINORITY AFFAIRS has released the new scholarship program Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA Scholarship) in this year 2021. All the eligible students who are willing to apply for this scholarship can apply from September 2021.
MOMA Scheme is Categorised into three categories under the Pre Matric Scholarship, Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship, and Post Matric Scholarship. All those students can apply for MOMA Scholarships who belong from Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians (Parsis), and Jains.

Types of MOMA Scholarship
MOMA (Ministry of Minority Affairs ) scholarships are divided into three types.
Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
In the MOMA Pre Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities, only those students will be enrolled who are studying in class 1 to 10 understudies and all the students will grant to get Rs.600 per month. Read the full guideline from Here
Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
Students who are studying in a professional course after 12th classes can apply for the Post Matric MOMA Scholarship. The family income of the student should not more than 2lakh rupees. In this scholarship, students will grant an amount of up to Rs. 10,000 every year alongside an upkeep amount of up to Rs. 1200 every month. Read full Guideline Here for Post Matric
Merit Cum Means Scholarship For Professional and Technical Courses CS
Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship is expected for students who are wishing to seek after expert or specialized classes at the alumni or graduate level. The students who will be picked for this scholarship will get a grant amount of up to Rs. 20,000 every year. MOMA Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Students must belong to Minority communities such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians (Parsis), and Jains.
- Students who are studying in institutions/ Colleges/ Schools, whether it is Public or Private.
- The Courses that are opted by a candidate must be pursued in one year duration time.
- Minimum aggregate marks should be 50% in the latest Board/ Class examination.
Required Documents for Application

- Aadhar Card
- A photograph
- Family income certificate/proof
- Cast Certificate
- Educational mark-sheet showing the minimum qualifying marks i.e. 50%.
- Banking details
- Domicile certificate for the applying state.
MOMA Scholarship Meri List
Students who are appeared in this scholarship will be selected as per the Merit List. MOMA Scholarship Merit List 2021-21 will be different as per the State and the district. The students who are studying the reputed institution will get the first preference.
