Kerala Athijeevanam Keraliyam Scheme

Chief Minister of the Kerela Pinarayi Vijayan has introduced the new scheme called Athijeevanam Keraliyam Scheme. The scheme is launched on the 27-08-2021 and the initiative of this scheme is to provide employment and create the job to the citizens of Kerala. The government is planning to provide 50,000 new employment with this scheme. This scheme will be under CM Local employment assurance program (LEAP). In this yojana, there are 5 major components such as Yuva Kerala project, contact of work, EDP-K, ARISE, and KMEDP.

Components of Athijeevanam Keraliyam Scheme

There main 5 components of this scheme described below-

Kudumbasree Micro-Enterprise Development Program (KMEDP):

Around 3,000 individual undertakings and 2,000 gathering ventures will begin under the Under this KMEDP. Through this plan, Kudumbasree individuals and their families will be offered support to begin adventures. 10,000 individuals said to get profited by the plan. Preparing in this program is totally free as in different undertakings.

Procuring Resilience and Identity Through Sustainable Employment (ARISE)

The main target of the ARISE Scheme is to give the adolescent and Kudumbashree laborers. This plan was intended for the individuals who lost their employments because of floods in the state. For the current FY 2021-21, around 10,000 people will be given openings for work under this part of this scheme. A measure of Rs. 10 crores has been authorized for this ARISE venture.

Kerala Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP-K)

Yuva Kerala’s initiative will give employment to the 10,000 people of Kerala. The endorsed amount of this yojana is 60 crore. In the Yuva Kerala Project, the beneficiary will be individual from the helpless between the age of 18-35

Interface with Work (C2W)

The government will give direction to youth to empower them to discover work and interface them to the activity market. C2W will give employment over 5,000 youngsters and ladies. These prepared young people would then be associated with the businesses/selection representatives to make sure about productive work according to their instructive capability, preparing, and intrigue. Around Rs. 5 crores have been authorized for this C2W venture.
